Today Adecco Bulgaria is giving the chance to widen your technical skills and become part of biggest Outsourcing project in Bulgaria with more than 1000 employees! We want to find the perfect fit for the position Customer Service Representative with Czech and English language.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help the corporate clients of DXC Technology with different technical issues;
  • Consult Czech speaking clients about the specifications of the company’s products;
  • Follow best practice ticket management processes, i.e. ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated daily and every effort is made to make service levels;
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
Requirements

If you are:

  • Fluent in Czech;
  • Excellent English speaker;
  • Very good with customers and have excellent communication skills;
  • Willing to develop within a multinational company;
  • Interested in a technical position;
  • Advanced Microsoft office user;
  • Exceptional fast learner and logical thinker;
  • Always eager to improve.
