Technical Support Specialist with Hungarian Language

You will be responsible for:

● Providing technical support in Hungarian by telephone and via e-mail;
● Timely escalate complex cases towards other teams, when needed;
● Identifying clients’ problems and propose solutions;
● Collaborate positively with other team members to provide high quality support

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative you should have:

● Fluency in Hungarian language;
● Very good level of English language;
● Excellent customer and communication skills;
● Advanced Microsoft office skills;
● Analytical trouble shooting skills will be an advantage;
● Willingness to develop in a technical role;
