* Provide customer service by managing all training inquiries received via telephone and email communications.
* Manage new inscriptions for employee's training to the platform system's company.
* Provide a Level 1 technical support on our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) both internal and external users.
* Conduct outbound sporadic campaign activities to meet our sales targets training of our business.
* Meet the criteria of internal and external information, carrying out the instructions given by their superiors and showing flexibility regarding the use of language and telesales skills in order to support other colleagues and teams.
* Report performance results and problems to his superiors in an accurate, concise, timely and focused on solutions.
* Bilingual Swedish or Norwegian and fluent English.
* Customer Service background or related to Technical Support advisory.
* Excel experience/knowledge.
