Account Opening Officer(Forex)

For our customer - a quickly-evolving international company, we are looking for an Account Opening Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Processing applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software.
• Actively using third-party verification systems or others for the verification of clients according to Company’s procedure
• Ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are collected and updated in the company’s software
• Responding to emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process
• Following the company’s Account Opening / KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
• Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to clients’ accounts

• Previous experience working as a Back Office Administrator/ Account opening/ KYC within the Forex industry or financial market
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools - Computer proficiency is a must
• Detail-oriented and focused
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
• A willingness to learn
• Additional Languages will be considered as an advantage
