Activities Coordinator

The Role

EF is searching for Activities Coordinators for summer 2024. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international and well known company globally! 

You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have responsibility for the activity program of the student experience in one of our schools and be integral in shaping the customer experience.

You would be supporting a team of international leaders to plan and deliver the activities offered. There will be everything from small events for a single group of 34 students to large events of over 500. You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new international friends.

No two days are the same, you may go from working on the activity plan and administration to running an epic event. It truly is a memorable experience during which you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily. 

As you will be moving around the island a driving license is desirable but not a must.

• Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
• You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment
• Legally able to work in Malta, have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit
• Fluent in English
• Driving license desirable

By working with staff from around the world, your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone and your leadership skills will grow by assisting the staff in guiding their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.
