Advisor Solutions Specialist with French/German + relocation

What the role looks like:
It is an exciting role as you will work with new and existing business clients as they embed different solutions and tools into their business development strategy. Your customers will range across verticals and industries.
- Host client meetings and use probing techniques to uncover their business needs.
- Suggest the most appropriate services and tools to help the clients achieve their sales objectives and thus generate leads from interested partners.
- Be a subject matter expert on the client’s advertising platform, features, and available enhancements and thus their trusted advisor for business growth.
- You will deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations and monitor active client campaigns.
- Achieve specific targets and maximize sales opportunities on each call.
- Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI, using customer management system (CRM).
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 10:00AM till 19:00PM
- Hybrid working mode – Wed and Thursday onsite
Your profile:
- Fluent level of French OR German – written and spoken.
- Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
- 3 years of customer facing experience in a sales role.
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.
- Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Experience working with CRM or similar will be an advantage.
