Area of responsibilities
•Answering Inbound calls, E mails and Chats from consumers requiring product support in both Danish and English.
•Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and attempt repair of all products.
•Staying current with system information, developments, updates and standard procedures.

People with great communication skills, truly spirit of teamwork, highly motivated and a goodunderstanding of technical subjects
With excellent knowledge of English and Danish language
