Dutch Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Saint Neots, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £20,000 (22.692,20 Euros as of 1st Dec)

  • Use bespoke Customer Care system software to enter data and process customer orders, taking prompt and appropriate action in accordance with internal procedures and ensuring all agreed Service Levels are met or exceeded.
  • Process receipts of, and requests for, payments (for Direct Debits and card payments) and preparation of associated paperwork in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Assist with new customers’ enquiries and set up of new accounts.
  • Proactively develop relationships, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer retention at all times.
  • Ensure a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of Customer Care and the wider business, and proactively contribute to personal learning and improvement.
  • Keep up to date with, and ensure a thorough understanding of, the Company’s products and business structure.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • This role requires phone-based Dutch Customer Service and email-based English Customer Service as such you must be fully comfortable using these languages in a professional environment. Please note that the recruitment process will involve written translations as well as spoken conversations with English and Dutch speakers.
  • You must have a friendly and professional approach to customer service.
  • Basic IT skills are essential.
  • A natural problem-solver would do well in this role.
Offer

Salary: £20,000

Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:15 Monday to Friday with one Saturday every 6 weeks.

Holidays: As well as the option to by and sell holiday, this company offers 22 days'holiday as well as 8 UK Bank Holiday. This will climb to 24 days after 3 years service at 25 after 5 years.

Relocation Package: This company offers a relocation package to all Customer Service candidates who live more than 50 miles away from their offices in Saint Neots. This includes: paying for a flight to the UK, travel from the airport to a hotel (usually a Premier Inn) and then paying for one month's accomodation there. You can send luggage ahead of time which will be stored safely by the company and the HR team are experts at assiting with finding new accomodation.
