Healthcare customer care (Italian or spanish)
Our client is a multinational healthcare company devoted to Investigation and Development (I&D) of pharmaceuticals and medical devices including ethical medicines, nutritionals and diagnostics.
Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives to perform inbound support by phone, web form, email or fax to the Italian market. Can also give support to email and mail in English. In a contact center environment, the CSR will deal with service requests and/or troubleshoot quality issues with diabetes care products, create and update customer profile, provide additional information (e.g. offers and product features), proactive education on product, perform contacts to approach customers, retain existing customers and to strengthen loyalty and intensify usage of the Diabetes products.
High School diploma (minimum)
Call Center, Customer Care or Troubleshooting experience
Written communication support experience
Italian or Spanish Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
Strong English skills both spoken and written
Excellent Communication skills
Capable to switch between formal or informal communication depending on situation
Highly empathetic and friendly
People with diabetes care knowledge or medical background - preferred
Base salary (x14 months) + Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus
Full-time 8h/day from Monday to Friday
Workplace: Saldanha, Lisbon, Portugal
Training fully paid by our client and included in the work contract
