The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, an online system for lawyers, they are looking for enthusiastic employers to join their team in Barcelona.

The Job

After 1 week of training the candidate will ensure customer support on the Belgium market. The main tasks include:

- Give support to lawyers
- Respond to incoming requests for assistant via telephone, email or live chat
- Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive date of customers
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information

Requirements

The Profile

The candidate should have experience in customer support on the phone. He should speak and write Dutch or Flemish perfectly.

- Native or proficient Level of Flemish or Dutch and good English
- Good communication skills
- Team player and open-minded
- Enthusiast and motivated
- Reliable with an eye for details
- Customer Service experience on the phone
- Pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate
