You will be asked to:
Communicate clearly with our customers in French and English.
Reply to Inbound calls, emails or chat with existing clients.
Prioritize and schedule problems.
Help all customers and resolve their issues by investigating errors.
Determine further action or final completion on customer cases received.
Fluency in both French and English
Exceptional customer service orientation
Ability to handle stressful situations
Strong Tech skills and familiarity with new technologies
Availability to relocate in Greece
Ability to work legally in Greece
