Welo Data, part of the Welocalize family, is building a global network of talented language professionals and enthusiasts. We're looking for AI Language Data Contributors with native or near-native German fluency to join our team. If you're based in Germany and passionate about how language and technology intersect, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of inclusive, human-centered AI.

In this remote role, you'll contribute to high-quality language data that powers cutting-edge AI systems. You'll be part of a vibrant community, taking on task-based projects in areas such as:
  • Annotation
  • Evaluation
  • Prompt Creation

When a suitable project becomes available, we'll invite you to a brief qualification process that may include training, assessments, or onboarding, depending on the project's specific needs.

What We're Looking For:
  • Native or near-native fluency in German.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Germany (other countries are also accepted)
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
  • Naturally detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Open to engaging with a wide variety of language-focused tasks.
