We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Amazon team in Slovakia.
The Amazon Business Catalog Taxonomy Operations team is focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. The team ensures that our selection is classified for Amazon Business customers to perform business specific functions such as approval routing, spend analysis, create procurement policies for compliance, and do forecasting and reporting.
Base pay for this position is EUR 1425 gross per month. We also offer company benefits subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal vouchers and of course, career development.
Key job responsibilities
- Assign global classifications to Amazon catalog selection for business customers
- Use internal tools and resources to manage workload
- Troubleshoot reported issues that are caused by miss-classifications
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Follow given guidelines and be able to make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Pay attention to details and actively bring attention to gaps and errors
- Consistently meet performance goals and targets
REQUIREMENTS
- English (B2) and French (B2) with focus on reading and comprehension
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
