industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for key clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and apps) to drive international growth and achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with clients on international projects, providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful implementation of Google's advertising solutions in different markets. Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders across various industries, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts; Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop compelling narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
- Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster long-term growth. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing strategies under imperfect information to achieve business objectives.
- Expertise in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital marketing products and the evolving landscape.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence across all levels of the organization to align on shared goals.
