• Salary:
• Starting at €1,960/month, with a 5% salary increase every six months.

• Realistic monthly bonuses between €200–€400 (up to €1,000 possible based on performance).
• Shifts:
• Rotating schedules with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts (minimum 44 hours per week).
• Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off.
• Taxi service provided for shifts ending between 11 PM and 4 AM.
• Breaks: 20-minute breaks every 2 hours.
• Holidays: 22 paid days per year.
