DESCRIPTION
Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with well-known international brands while living in beautiful Greece.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and one additional European language
- Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, ideally with hands-on experience using Google products, Cloud software, or CRM systems
- Selling, upselling, and managing client retention and renewals via email and outbound calls
- Sourcing, contacting, and engaging prospective and existing SMB clients
- Analyzing business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and educating clients on Cloud products and upgrades
- This role is less technical than a BDR position and focuses more on strategic client engagement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
- EU Passport (mandatory) – we cannot provide visa sponsorship
