DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with well-known international brands while living in beautiful Greece.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in  English and one additional European language 
  • Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, ideally with hands-on experience using Google products, Cloud software, or CRM systems
  • Selling, upselling, and managing client retention and renewals via email and outbound calls
  • Sourcing, contacting, and engaging prospective and existing SMB clients
  • Analyzing business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and educating clients on Cloud products and upgrades
  • This role is less technical than a BDR position and focuses more on strategic client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  •  Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
  • EU Passport (mandatory) – we cannot provide visa sponsorship
