Linde, a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, is looking for a dedicated Back Office Support professional to join our team in Maia, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the operations for our Benelux region. You will contribute to the efficiency and smooth functioning of our services, ensuring excellent customer support and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
Your responsabilities will be:
-Incident Management: Handle and resolve any incidents related to orders, including issues with billing, deliveries, and any discrepancies that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
-Communication:Handle emails 70% and calls 30%
-Administrative Support: Prepare and manage important documentation such as invoices, contracts, delivery notes, and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.
You are the ideal candiate if:
-You have proficiency level of Dutch
-You have a fluent level of English
-Experience in costumer service is a plus

What we offer:
-You will get a one year contract + fixed contract extension
-You will work in a hybrid model (3 days at home - 2 days at the office)

-You will get a salary 12600 euros gross yearly
-You will get 450 euros extra per month (language bonus)
-You will get an annual bonus of 819 euros
-You will get a meal allowance of 10 euros per day.
