Back Office Customer Support with French /work from Bulgaria

For one of our clients – a company operating in a wide variety of fields worldwide. We are looking for driven, friendly and cooperative people for the role of Back Office Customer

Support with French and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicating to customers via chat and email;
• Analyzing the issue and identifying the cause;
• Searching for solutions and striving to find the best match for customer’s needs;
• Offering guidance and helping customers get through the resolution process with ease;
• Taking care to act according to guidelines and providing great customer experience;
• Striving towards harmony and maintaining good working atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Great French and solid English skills;
• Driven and friendly communicator, eager to learn and improve;
• Problem-solver, ready to explore different options;
• Cooperative and positive approach to work and other employees;
• Strong PC user and MS Office skills.
