DESCRIPTION
- Answer incoming requests from clients and providing support to them by channels provided by the Bank in Polish language professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client´s issues and concerns
- Handling outgoing calls with clients about ad-hoc data information, feedback
- Closely cooperate with internal teams such as Back Office, IT or other departments to help customers with requirements
- Register and handle incoming complaints or requests
- Process product or customer data changes in internal banking systems
- Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Other administration activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced level of Polish(C1-C2)
- Minimum B2 level of English(writing, speaking)
- Availability for a full time schedule, 10:00-19:00, Monday – Friday
- Availability to work from office in Bucharest (AFI Park 3 building)
- Relocation package will be available for candidates from outside Bucharest
- Basic knowledge of professional customer communication
- Understanding of customer concerns
- Customer care experience is an advantage
- Banking experience is an advantage
- Experience with Office 365, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint
- Experience with using Jira software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving attitude

- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
