For one of our clients – a company specialized in offering payment solutions. We are
searching for detail-oriented, responsible and bright problem-solvers for the role of Client
Payments Specialist with Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and English.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with clients and representing the company in the best way with every contact;
* Communicating via phone calls, email or chat;
* Offering case-specific solutions and dealing with issues in a timely manner;
* Keeping in line with company’s quality standards and striving to ensure positive customer
experience;
* Finding new ways to improve and contributing to pleasant and supportive work atmosphere
by helping others when needed.
Requirements:
* Excellent Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and English skills (main language and
English should be on a similar level);
* Strong communication skills and drive to improve further;
* Ready to help, offering understanding and care to ensure a quality service;
* Responsible, focused on the task and hand and finding adequate solution;
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask if needed;
* Team-player attitude.
