DESCRIPTION
- Communication with clients via phone and email;
 - Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
 - Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction on the system;
 - Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
 - Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to clients and partners.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent level of French
 - Level of English or Polish – B1 ;
 - Good computer literacy;
 - Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
 - Results-driven with strong communication skills;
 - Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
