What to Anticipate:

• Become a valued member of our international team consisting of 10 specialists located in Belgium, India, and Czechia.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the IBS platform, envisioning it as a global mini bank where your responsibility is to ensure seamless operation.
• Tasks include coding (primarily PL/1 with a focus on maintenance), testing (using changeMan, IDZ/GitHub platform), performance tuning, process release, and more.
• Create user-friendly documentation (concise one-pagers) and gather insights for retrospective incident discussions.
• Actively collaborate with other teams in a dynamic environment.
• This role entails a long-term commitment, with a training period lasting up to 2 years

Technology Stack You'll Work With: PL/1, COBOL, DB2 environment, Java, C++

• Experience with any of the following: PL/I, COBOL, DB2 environment.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing Mainframes, particularly in a business context, will be a significant advantage.
