
DESCRIPTION
As a Commis your responsibilities include:
- Assist the Chef de partie in preparing and cooking food
- Maintain the food preparation and presentation standards
- Prepare mis-en-place needed for the service under the guidance from senior chef
- Ensure HACCP and all other regulations are maintained
- Monitor portion and waste control
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, we are looking for the following:
- Degree in culinary arts
- Willingness to learn and attention to detail
- Passion for food
- Work well in a team
- Positive and approachable attitude
- Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality
