Commis Chef A la Carte Restaurant

As a Commis your responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Chef de partie in preparing and cooking food
  • Maintain the food preparation and presentation standards 
  • Prepare mis-en-place needed for the service under the guidance from senior chef
  • Ensure HACCP and all other regulations are maintained 
  • Monitor portion and waste control
REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, we are looking for the following:

  • Degree in culinary arts
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail
  • Passion for food
  • Work well in a team 
  • Positive and approachable attitude
  • Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality
