Content Creator/Copywriter

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping engaging marketing materials that resonate with our client's audience, all while adhering to their streamlined SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI tools such as Phrasee and Copy.ai to create captivating email and SMS content;
• Develop personalized messaging tailored to various customer lifecycle stages;
• Design templates for feedback collection and surveys via email/SMS;
• Create content for cross-selling and upselling initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure visual coherence;
• Utilize ClickUp for efficient task management and progress tracking;
• Draw inspiration and benchmark against industry peers using MailCharts;
• Adhere rigorously to SOPs for all content creation tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• 3+ years of proven experience in content creation and copywriting;
• Proficiency in AI-driven content generation tools;
• Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail;
• Familiarity with ClickUp and proficiency in Slack;
• Ability to execute tasks according to detailed SOPs.
