What you will do in this role 

As a Content Moderator, you will:


  • Provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the world
  • Ensure that the platform's store content are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the platforms’ policies
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
  • You will ensure training, standards and policies are provided


REQUIREMENTS

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:


  • Fluent, verbal and written in German
  • English level (intermediate)
  • Hold a bachelor degree
  • Experience in text, image, voice, video or similar Content moderation role (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in implementation of broader community guidelines
  • Critical thinking ability and reasoning led decision making
  • Fast learner, diligent worker, attention to detail.
