• Fluency in Turkish, both written and verbal
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Good technical skills (computer applications and tools) 
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
• A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction 
• Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
