Your role at Tech4sGroup:

  • Driving the implementation of marketing content automation within the CRM team and tools. We want to tie data to content to personalize the experience and you will help us with defining use cases, testing, and reporting on them to constantly improve our automated journeys
  • Developing and implementing highly automated and personalized lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on players’ lifecycle journeys based on customer behaviour modelling
  • CRM PoC for our CRM tool Emarsys
  • Ensuring you stay in touch by reading up on trends, joining seminars, etc.
  • With the support of our CRM data Analyst, creating a weekly and monthly trends overview to share with CRM team and Head of CRM
  • Working together with the CRM Tech/Product teams to drive innovation in personalization efforts whether it is through integration of 3rd party solutions or creating roadmap items for internal updates
  • You further automate communication across all customer flows including marketing and Service flows
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing, and optimizing all automated CRM & promotional activities. Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase engagement and player value

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (CRM automations) is required 
  • Experience of Fast Track CRM, especially the automation tool
  • Understanding of lifecycle automations
  • Previous experience in i-gaming is a big plus
  • Fluent or intermediate level in French is a plus
  • Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
  • Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to meet deadlines
