What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat
  • Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests 
  • Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client 

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit 
  • Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions 
  • Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
