DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- C1 level of German language, both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to cover night shifts on rotation with colleagues
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
- WFH requirement: Dedicated space for WFH office
- Internet requirements: Speedtest needed Only Fixed internet connections is allowed with the minimum Upload speed of 1.5 Mbps / 20Mbps Upload. Desktops should be connected with eathernet cables with the Internet box
