DESCRIPTION
- Incoming and outgoing calls (in the languages needed)
 - Professional emails and chat (in the languages needed)
 - General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.
 - Complaint management: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact ; telematics cases
 - Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset password, connection not working, etc.).
 
REQUIREMENTS
- An active listener
 - Bilingual in English & German
 - Excellent interpersonal skills
 - An interest in the Automotive sector is a plus
 - Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers
 - Commercially business savvy and number oriented
 - Shift rotation 08 AM - 08 PM, from Monday to Saturday. 36 hours a week.
