DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Voice Support

  • Support end users with queries around e-commerce using various channels (inbound calls, chats, e-mails)
  • Create long term relations with customers
  • Build a connection with and provide exceptional service to the customers 
  • Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly with a human touch
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (at least C1 level). Fluent in English (at least B1 level)
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times
  • Computer savvy with basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, chat, e-mail)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving oriented 
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
  • Able to cover morning and afternoon shift rotation
  • Remote work model, need to have a minimum internet speed of 20MBPS

  • Remote anywhere in Romania - as long as have min speed of 20MBPS, Laptop will be sent to their home. Shifts 18/7 (according the work schedules), 2 days off/week. Online training (paid).
