DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Voice Support
- Support end users with queries around e-commerce using various channels (inbound calls, chats, e-mails)
- Create long term relations with customers
- Build a connection with and provide exceptional service to the customers
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly with a human touch
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (at least C1 level). Fluent in English (at least B1 level)
- Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times
- Computer savvy with basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, chat, e-mail)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving oriented
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
- Able to cover morning and afternoon shift rotation
- Remote work model, need to have a minimum internet speed of 20MBPS
