The job:
Working in customer support first of all means that you are the first point of contact between the customers and the company. Therefore, you will be representing one company it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers!
Your daily work will include tasks like these:

- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
- Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Create a great customer experience that people value and we are proud of
- Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback
- Have EU citizenship or have a full right permit to work in Greece.
