The principal activities are:

 

  •     Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  •     Assist with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
  •     Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
REQUIREMENTS
  •     Native-level Polish or Slovakian speaker
  •     English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
  •     EU Citizenship or a valid visa to work in Bulgaria
  •     Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  •     Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
