Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through instant messaging on a business's website to:
- Provide online and instant technical support
- Help customers with complaints
- Give customers information about products and services
- Take orders and process returns
- Help customers understand the product and answer questions about the products
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Native Dutch Speaker or C1/C2 level
- Ready to relocate to the Czech Republic
- Communication Skills (Both Written and Spoken)
- Multitasking Skills
- Empathy and Problem-Solving Skills
- Typing and Data Entry
- Positive Attitude
