Position: Customer Service Support Agent - German Speaking
Location: Dublin City, Ireland
Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 8 hour shifts. Rotating 8 week roster with day, evening, alternating weekends and 1 week of night shifts.
Salary: €39,000 + bonus values 2-3K per annum & excellent benefits
Role: Hybrid Model - 3 days WFH & 2 days WFO (Onsite Classroom style training for the first 4 weeks and then mentoring/buddy training for additional 4-8 weeks pending on experience onsite as well.)

You will be responsible for providing excellent quality service to clients & customers through phone and email, along with providing interdepartmental support.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in work
- Answers calls/emails to our client’s standards, by consistently delivering high quality call handling that meets established metrics and goals
- Follow guidelines and policies and continually remain updated
- Assisting internally with administration as required
- Be committed to learn and develop extensive product knowledge in order to provide correct and timely information to clients and customers
- Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally and liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered. When required, ensure case ownership and follow up on your individual caseload.

REQUIREMENTS
The Requirements:
- Customer Service / call centre experience preferred
- Fluent in spoken & written English & German
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and eloquent writing skills in both languages
- Working towards targets and team KPI's in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and time keeping skills
- Able to work independently, solve problems and deal patiently with customers
- Flexible & works well as part of a team
- Ability to commute to Dublin based offices on hybrid model
