Customer service agent native/bilingual level in English

KONECTA Group is currently recruiting UK speaking agents + to join our multilingual team in n Barcelona, in its incredible sea-view building !

Within this position, you will be in charge of customer service; receiving calls and emails for one of our clients in the automotive industry.

39 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Permanent Contract

REQUIREMENTS

- English native or bilingual speaker

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing

- Computer skills
