Customer Service Agent with Dutch at a native level

DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent with native level of Dutch or Flemish to be part of an existing team, working for different projects in sunny Barcelona.

 

Our client is an outsourcing centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies. 

The company offers an international, young and dynamic working environment with possibilities of growth and the offices are located next to the beach.

 

As a Customer Service Agent your main task would be:

  • Handle calls from Dutch customers, who have questions or issues regarding logistics, delivery process, refunds and invoicing (dependint on the project).
  • You will take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer
  • You will maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.
  • You will progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system. 
  • You will proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
  • You will monitor / progress all open queries in queue.
  • You will escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
  • You will ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
  • You will respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
  • You will achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level
REQUIREMENTS

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You have a high level of Dutch.
  • You have a high level of English.
  • You have previous experience in a customer service position is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
