Customer Service Agent with Dutch for Online Travel Platform

Vacationers are eager to go on a trip! One wants to sunbathe on a pearly white beach with a clear blue sea. Another is still hesitating between a tropical jungle tour or a trip in an old historic city. They have questions about flight, transfer and accommodations. You are the customer service agent who unburdens them and provides the best holiday options.

As a Customer Service Representative for this online Travel Platform, you handle the inbound travel needs of both individuals and companies and ensure that travel arrangements are to their liking. You are incredibly customer-oriented, professional and problem-solving. You offer telephone support and quickly switch between computer programs, including the Amadeus online reservation system. Together with the team you achieve the sales objectives.

• You have at least a secondary education background
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Full time/40 hours per week availability

• Starting salary of 2050 euros gross per month, increased to 2150 euros gross after training, and to 2400 euros gross after 6 months, excluding bonuses
