Customer Service Agent with English and Portuguese

Responsibilities:
  • National and international customer service;
  • Telephone assistance;
  • Managing several processes simultaneously;
  • Monitoring the different processes, guaranteeing procedural compliance and ensuring that all requirements are met;
  • Document analysis and validation and/or framing in accordance with contract guarantees.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum qualifications of 12th grade/Technical Course (elimination factor);
  • Good knowledge of English (elimination factor);
  • Previous experience in customer service in a contact center context (preferred);
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Immediate availability.
