Responsibilities:
- National and international customer service;
- Telephone assistance;
- Managing several processes simultaneously;
- Monitoring the different processes, guaranteeing procedural compliance and ensuring that all requirements are met;
- Document analysis and validation and/or framing in accordance with contract guarantees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualifications of 12th grade/Technical Course (elimination factor);
- Good knowledge of English (elimination factor);
- Previous experience in customer service in a contact center context (preferred);
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Immediate availability.
