Customer Service Agent with German

DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Agent with German at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our Telecoms clients based in Germany. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with device operation and fault finding
  • Preparing service explanatory notes and assistance
  • Processing the activation and deactivation of SIM cards
  • Consulting on tariff, preparing tariff offers and changes including queries and complaints
  • Making changes to contract data (e.g. address and bank details)
  • Advising on contract extension options
  • Helping clients convert to online or paper invoices
  • Processing notice
  • Managing payment modalities (such as invoice declaration; provision of information on
  • instalment payments/reminders)
  • Selling of products or options
REQUIREMENTS

Skills you need to succeed:

  • German at C1 level or above
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday (8am-4pm, 10am-6pm,
  • 12am-8pm) and 1-2 Saturdays a month (9am-5pm)
  • Optional: English at A2 level or above
