DESCRIPTION
  • Providing assistance to customers through various communication channels such as phone calls and messages,
  • Crafting clear service instructions to enhance customer understanding of our services,
  • Efficiently managing transitions during changes in Internet Service Providers to ensure seamless experiences,
  • Facilitating discussions with clients regarding proposed changes to ensure alignment and clarity,
  • Implementing system adjustments effectively to meet evolving customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in German at B2+/C1 level or beyond is required,
  • Displaying a customer-focused mindset is essential,
  • Exceptional organizational and communication proficiencies are a big asset,
  • Ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
