
DESCRIPTION
For our client, one of the leading airline companies, we are looking for candidates with experience in customer service and knowledge of Italian and English for the job position of:
Customer Service Agent!
Main responsibilities:
- Providing high level of customer servce through the phone,
- Supporting passengers' with their queries,
- Handling reservations, changes and refunds,
- Collaborating with other departments.
For other opportunities - additional European languages are welcomed :)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Italian or other European language (min. B2/C1),
- Customer-oriented approach,
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
- Experience in customer service or similar field.
