Responsibility

• Customer Support to riders, partner drivers, restaurants, eaters, couriers;

• Assist, by phone email or chat, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service;

• Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;

• Guarantee a positive service experience through verbal communication;

• Provide recommendations to engage with customers ‘needs.

• Native level Dutch speaker;

• Good level of English (minimum B2);

• Experience in customer service (preferred);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Good argumentation skills;

• Problem-solving skills;

• Ability to control and drive direction of call with customers in several situations;

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
