As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking passionate individuals to join them as a Customer Service Representative.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Algarve - onsite with some flexibility to work from home
Employment type: Full-time – perm contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and updates to existing bookings
- Provide clear and timely updates regarding customer orders or services
- Support daily operational tasks in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Represent the company with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent/Native in English both written and oral.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, booking systems, and digital tools
- Flexibility to work from both office and home as needed
- Prior experience in customer service or reservations is an advantage
- Knowledge of golf or digital media is a plus, but not required
- Ability to commute reliably (driving license/car preferred)
- No VISA sponsorship provided
- Must be based in Almancil (Algarve region).
