What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist clients via inbound calls and e-mail by answering customers’ inquiries and/or attending to potential requests.
  • Become a specialist in our Client’s products and services
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
  • Listen to the customer's unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
  • Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
REQUIREMENTS

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Familiarity with Pet-related stuff is highly valued
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
