Customer Service Representative (Swedish / German / Czech)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Swedish / German / Czech (or Slovak) speaking Customer Representatives to join their teams in Athens.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

• Native/fluent in Swedish / German / Czech (or Slovak) & fluent in English (B2 and higher), both verbal and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in customer services experience
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
