Customer Service Specialist with Slovakian or Czech

For our client, we are currently looking for a specialist with knowledge of Slovak or Czech who will be responsible for customer service and sales.

• Providing assistance to regular and new customers through various communication channels such as phone calls and messages.
• Implementing system adjustments effectively to meet evolving customer needs.
• Proactive product sales.

• Knowledge of Slovak or Czech at a level of min. B2.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 will be an additional advantage.

• Base rate and high performance-based commissions.
• Possibility to work entirely remotely from any country within the European Union.
