DESCRIPTION

Our client is a leading company in digital services based in Faro (Portugal) and has been in the market for over 20 years.

 

During your day-to-day:

- You will provide technical support to our customers via phone regarding web domains, email, hosting, servers and web creation tools

- You will be attentive to our customers' needs in order to offer them solutions tailored to their needs.

- You will resolve any incidents on the products acquired by our clients

- You will establish an excellent relationship with the customers

- You will be working hand in hand with other departments to achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals.

- You will be keeping an eye on emerging sales opportunities and turning them into concrete actions.

REQUIREMENTS

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have a native level of French

- You're experienced in Customer Service (if not, a strong customer-oriented mindset is required)

- You're highly motivated to establish a relationship with the customers

- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- You're patient and proactive

- You're passionate about helping others and keen on ensuring customer satisfaction

- You're a strong team player and attentive to detail

- You have basic IT skills and are motivated to learn
