DESCRIPTION

Are you a Customer Service oriented person? Do you enjoy helping other and providing solutions when needed?

 

Which responsibilities will you have?

 

- You will be part of the Customer Support Department. Provide first-line support to customers, via various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.

 

- You will identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

 

- You will answer customer questions about different insurance options, refunds, warranty disclaimers, and other related inquiries in an accurate and friendly manner.

 

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of issues encountered and issues provided, as well as information on claims and policy solution adjustments.

 

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with:

 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
